Chamber filter press
Introduction:
Chamber filter press has a flat filter plate and a hollow filter frame, the filter cloth is fixed on the frame, which is the main form of early press, the main advantage of filter press is the replacement of the filter cloth is convenient, disadvantage is low efficiency, bad filtering effect, easy to filter plate bad; the filter chamber filter press is composed of two adjacent recessed filter plate.

Working principle
The principle of the filter press is the filter chamber arranged in the filter chamber (the filter plate is concave on both sides and each two filter plates are combined into a box shaped filter chamber).
Filter plate surface is pitted and the boss, to support the cloth. The center and edge angle of the filter plate have through holes, and the complete passage is formed after assembly, which can be put into suspension, washing water and filtrate. Each side of the filter plate is supported on the beam, and the filter plate is pressed by the pressing device. The filter cloth between the filter plates plays a sealing role.
Under the pressure of the conveying pump, the liquid material that needs to be filtered is sent to each filter room, and the solid and liquid are separated through the filtration medium (according to different industries to choose the right filter cloth).
 The filter residue is formed on the filter cloth until the filter chamber is filled to form a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows through the channel of the filter plate to out the channel of the liquid hole and concentrates the filtrate. After filtering, the cleaning filter slag can be put into cleaning polyester water. After washing, sometimes the compressed air is added and the remaining washing liquid is removed. After the filtration is finished, the filter press is opened and the filter cake is removed. The filter cake is stored between two adjacent filter plates.
The filter cloth is cleaned, the filter is pressed again, the filter is started again, and the next working cycle is started.
