Our engineering department can easily duplicate or design the dust collector bag to meet or exceed your needs. Our dust collection filters are carefully fabricated and sized to ensure ease of installation and change-out. Generally, dust collector filter bags are designed to be mounted and gasketed firmly into place with a snap band, corded cuff, or clamp to ensure dust type seal. Various coatings and finishes can be applied to either side of the dust collector bag to enhance cleaning and efficiencies, as well as extend the life of the bag. We can custom fabricate various types of attachments to work with your specific shaker mechanism such as a loop, eyelet, grommet or other device.

Media Coatings & Finishes

1. Plain: Natural finish. General purpose material.

2. Glazed: Accomplished by running media over hot roller which melts fibers and results in a smooth "eggshell" finish. Improves dust cake release.

3. Flame Retardant: Not flame proof, but provides a self extinguishing feature that is used when sparks are involved, such as grinding processes

4. Fiberglass: High temperature, chemical resistant woven fabric.

5. Singed: Accomplished by exposing media to open flame to burn off any loose fibers. Improves dust cake formation.

6. Acrylic Coated: Air permeable acrylic surface coated polyester for moist environments.

7. Teflon Membrane: Membrane provides an extremely smooth, high efficiency finish.

Medias are available in various fabric weights and treatments such as singed, glazed, PTFE, anti-static, fire-retardant, oleophobic, acid resistant and more. Click here to see our complete list of media and finish treatments.

Configurations (bag construction) include snap band top, A-hanger, raw edge, grommet, cord, loop, strap, disc bottom, disc w/ wear strip, flange, hem, sewn flat, envelope, compression cap, and more.
