A Tesla meter consists of a meter head and a probe used in PTMS Electromagnetic Separator equipment. The probe contains a semiconductor sheet. When a magnetic field line passes through the electromagnetic separator perpendicular to the large surface of the semiconductor sheet, and a current passes through the electromagnetic field along the length or width, a voltage is generated on two ends perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field and current. This phenomenon is called the Hall effect.
When the current is constant, the voltage is proportional to the intensity of the magnetic field. When the voltage is measured, the magnetic induction value is engraved on the dial of the meter head after conversion, and the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator magnetic induction value where the probe is located can be read directly. Measurement method: In order to make the position of the measurement point accurate, the measurement point template should be made according to the shape of the magnetic pole before measurement (with plexiglass or wood).
The position of each measuring point is drawn on the template, and the position of the measuring point is drilled for the probe to be inserted into the hole for measurement. The measurement content generally includes: PTMS Electromagnetic Separator magnetic field intensity of various sections at different positions in the magnetic system, each section to measure the magnetic field intensity of each key point on the magnetic pole surface and the magnetic field intensity of the space point at a certain distance from the magnetic pole.
