The flotation method of potassium feldspar by PTMS magnetic separator under neutral pH value includes the following steps: Step 1: Crushing and grinding the material containing potassium alspar to make potassium feldspar pulp; Step 2. Add modified oleic acid and petroleum sodium sulfonate to the potassium sodium feldspar pulp mentioned in step 1, and remove iron and mud impurities by flotation, so as to obtain the impurity removed pulp;
Step 3. Add sodium oleate, activator and inhibitor to the pulp after impurity removal mentioned in Step 2, and carry out roughing by PTMS magnetic separator, so as to obtain roughing concentrate and tailings; Step 4. Add sodium oleate, activator and inhibitor to the coarse separation tailings mentioned in Step 3, and sweep the tailings, so as to obtain the sweep selected ore and tailings; The sweep selected ore to return to the upper operation in sequence; Step 5. Adding inhibitors to rough concentrate mentioned in Step 3, and cleaning by PTMS magnetic separator, so as to obtain fine middling and potassium-sodium feldspar concentrate.
