Check whether the pressure of the water supply is normal, and the cooling water pressure of the rectifier needs to be controlled within the range of 0.03 to 0.15mpa.
Confirm that the water yield and temperature of cooling water are normal, and ensure that the water temperature does not exceed 70 ° C.
Check that the pulsating part and the rotating ring are operating properly, and that the excitation voltage and current are within the required range.
If the cooling water pressure is too low or the excitation circuit is short, the rectifier protection device will automatically disconnect the excitation power supply and the PTMS magnetic separator alarm device will automatically sound an alarm.
