To economically use PTMS magnetic separator, it is necessary not only to purchase the iron removing machine economically, but also to use the iron removing equipment correctly. The following are some measures to use the machine economically:
(1) In the same production line, permanent magnet electromagnetic mixture can be used. First, permanent magnet with weak magnetic field is used to remove iron, remove strong magnetic iron impurities, and then high-power electromagnetic with strong magnetic field is used to remove iron.
(2) The diameter of the permanent magnet PTMS magnetic separator and the bar should not be too large. This is because increasing the surface area of the magnetic source in contact with iron impurities can increase the chance of capturing prey. Although increasing the straight passage can increase the surface area of a rod, reducing the straight passage of the magnetic rod can increase the number of rods under the premise of the same weight of the permanent magnet source material can greatly increase the surface area. When the slurry section of large flow rate is high, the form of multi-layer magnetic bar stack can be used.
(3) As long as the PTMS magnetic separator sleeve is not damaged and the magnetic core is not oxidized and deteriorated, the refurbishment can achieve the same level of use effect and save about 50% of the investment.
