In step 5, it is desirable to use at least one of sodium hexametaphosphate or sodium silicate as an inhibitor. When the inhibitor uses sodium hexametaphosphate, the dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate should be 30 ~ 50g/t potassium feldspar material (that is, 30 ~ 50g of sodium hexametaphosphate should be added for every 1t potassium feldspar material), for example, it can be 30g/t, 35g/t, 40g/t, 45g/t, 50g/t or the specific point value between the above values. In addition, it is better to stir 3 ~ 5min after adding inhibitors into roughing concentrate of PTMS magnetic separator, so that inhibitors can play a full role.
In step 5, the roughing concentrate of PTMS magnetic separator refers to the foam products that float in step 3. The grade of potash feldspar concentrate can be improved by at least one time of PTMS magnetic separation for step 3 roughing concentrate. For example, one selection, two selection, three selection, four selection, no specific restrictions, the specific choice should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
However, when two PTMS magnetic separator cleanings or more than two cleanings are carried out, only inhibitors are added at the same time of the first two cleanings. For example, when roughing concentrate in Step 3 is cleaned for three times, inhibitors need to be added at the first and second cleanings, while inhibitors need not be added at the third cleanings, and only blank cleanings are carried out.
