Wet permanent magnet cylinder type PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR is mainly composed of cylinder, roller, brush roller, magnetic system, groove body and transmission part. The cylinder is welded by 2-3mm stainless steel plate coil, and the end cover is cast aluminum piece or workpiece, connected with stainless steel screws and cylinder. The motor through the reducer or directly with the infinite speed control motor, drive the cylinder, magnetic roll and brush roll for rotary movement. The magnetic system is an open magnetic system, installed in the cylinder and exposed full magnetism.
The magnetic block is installed on the bottom plate of the magnetic yoke with stainless steel bolt, the shaft of the magnetic yoke is extended out of the cylinder, and the shaft end is fixed with a turning arm. Turning the turning arm can adjust the bias Angle of the magnetic system, and it can be fixed with a pull rod after adjusting properly. After the slurry flows into the PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR tank through the feeding tank, the ore particles enter the tank area loose under the action of the feeding water spray pipe. Under the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic mineral particles occur magnetically poly to form a "magnetic mass" or "magnetic chain", "magnetic mass" or "magnetic chain" in the pulp by magnetic force, to the magnetic pole movement, and is adsorbed on the cylinder.
