The raw ore of 0.5-5 mm is sent into the upper hopper, and the material output can be precisely adjusted by the hand wheel after the vibration motor vibrates the cloth. The magnetic roll is driven by a speed regulating motor, and the speed of the speed is adjusted by a speed regulating meter, which can control the output of PTMS magnetic separator and the grade of concentrate. The ore particles are sent to the upper magnetic roller through the conveyor belt for sorting. Since the ore particles of limonite are magnetic, they are immediately adsorbed on the magnetic roller by the strong magnetic field.
Gangue particles (mixed stone, sand) because there is no magnetic (magnetic is very weak), the strong magnetic roller does not produce suction on it. With the rotation of the magnetic roller, the ore particles have been sucked on the PTMS magnetic separator. The gangue particles are thrown out in front of the separation plate when the magnetic roller is turned to the front position (the grade of the concentrate can be adjusted by changing the size of the Angle of the separation plate), and the ore particles are automatically dropped into a concentrator bucket when they continue to be brought to the demagnetization area by the magnetic roller.
Because the gangue dropped by the upper magnetic roller also contains some ore particles with weaker magnetic properties, they will enter the PTMS magnetic separator and continue magnetic separation in the lower magnetic roller. After magnetic separation, the finished ore particles enter the two concentrator and are collected as finished products. The gangue thrown out is discharged through the tailings port, so that the magnetic separation process ends.
