Spherical particles and irregularly shaped particles will have the difference in the distribution of resistance and buoyancy in the same fluid. Due to the difference in density, the settling velocity of different mixed minerals is different in the moving medium (like water, heavy medium heavier than water, and air), so that PTMS Electromagnetic Separator can achieve the purpose of mineral separation.
All the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator reconcentration processes are based on the sedimentation law of the mineral particles in the selected medium. Just like in a container filled with water, with a ball of different densities, the dense ball will sink to the bottom of the container faster, while the smaller ball will sink or float on the water relatively slowly.
The common characteristics of various PTMS Electromagnetic Separator resorting processes are: there must be differences in density (or particle size) between minerals; the sorting process is carried out in the moving medium; under the combined action of gravity, fluid dynamics and other mechanical forces, the mineral particle group is loose and stratified by density (or particle size); the layered materials are separated by the moving medium and obtain different final products.
