In automatic PTMS Electromagnetic Separator, lubrication can be achieved by regularly adding lubricants to bearings, gears, and other components. Oil lubrication has the advantages of good lubrication effect and low cost, but it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil regularly to prevent oil quality deterioration and equipment failure.
Fat lubrication: Fat lubrication is applying grease to the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator equipment. Compared with oil lubrication, grease lubrication has the advantages of long lubrication time and good sealing. However, lipid lubrication may lead to higher frictional heat, and attention needs to be paid to choosing the appropriate grease type and amount of application.
Dry lubrication: Dry lubrication is achieved by coating a layer of solid lubricant (such as molybdenum disulfide, graphite, etc.) on the surface of the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator equipment. Dry lubrication has the advantages of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for equipment lubrication in high temperature, high humidity and other harsh environment. But dry lubrication may not be as good as oil lubrication and grease lubrication.
