How we design a processing line
A practical engineering path from your ore data to a line proposal. We sell process solutions — not a spare-parts shopfront.
- 1. Inquiry & feed data Share ore type, particle size, capacity (t/h or m³/h), current impurity levels and product targets. WhatsApp / WeChat +86 139 2990 7491 or the contact form.
- 2. Sample test (5–10 kg) Send 5–10 kg of your material; we deliver a test report within 5 days of receiving the sample. Results guide iron-removal stages and whether acid washing is needed. You can see how a sample is tested in our lab video.
- 3. Flowsheet & layout We outline unit operations (scrubbing, classification, grinding, magnetic separation, acid washing, dewatering) matched to your ore and prepare the plant layout and 3D flowsheet. See examples on the line pages.
- 4. Equipment selection & proposal Equipment lists with sizes and quantities; magnetic separators from the published models PT3A160, PT20A600, PT25A600 and PT1000 where they fit. Price on request.
Engineering process for a turnkey project
After the proposal is agreed, the project follows nine steps.
- 1. Site drawings from you You provide drawings of the land and plant from your on-site survey, plus the water and electricity layout. The plant drawings must show heights and column positions.
- 2. Order and equipment data We place the equipment order; the supplier's parameters and basic installation drawings are passed on to you.
- 3. Infrastructure drawing From the supplier's installation drawings we provide the infrastructure drawing for the whole production line.
- 4. Civil works You build the infrastructure according to our drawing.
- 5. Field installation drawings We keep sending field installation drawings for equipment about to arrive.
- 6. Shipment & installation guidance Equipment is shipped to site, ideally when civil works are finished. Our engineers guide installation by online video; on-site guidance by an engineer is available as a paid service visit.
- 7. Power-up & trial run After installation, our engineers guide you through powering up and starting the test run.
- 8. Production After a successful test run, the line formally enters production.
- 9. Handover Once production is successful, the project is completed and delivered for use.

Register for your free ore test — then a line proposal
The free ore test is for registered members. Register (free, verified on WhatsApp), then send 5–10 kg of your material — every ore is different — and we test it free with a report within 5 days of receiving the sample. Price on request.
