Complete wet kaolin line: dispersion and pulping, spiral classification and desanding, cyclones, water-cooled electromagnetic iron removal, and filter-press dewatering — with sand-washing front end and water recycling.
Two K-Na feldspar routes: a wet line (crushing, ball-mill grinding in closed circuit, 200-mesh screening, desliming, two stages of electromagnetic iron removal, dewatering) and a dry powder line (ball mill, air classifier, dry electromagnetic iron removal, dust control and bagging) — the dry line is our 2017 India reference.
Silica sand line for glass-grade and high-purity sand: washing and scrubbing, desliming cyclones, grinding, electromagnetic iron removal, hot-acid washing with deacidification and exhaust purification, and vacuum filtering.
Quartz sand line designed for 10 000 tons per month: two-stage crushing, drum washing, air-knife drying, VSI sand-making in closed circuit, magnetic iron removal, screening into seven mesh grades, and dust-controlled packing.
