Line Planner — Project Brief

Tell us what you want to produce and what ore you have. Five short steps, about three minutes. Our sales team replies on WhatsApp or email.

1 · Which mineral?

Pick the main mineral you want to process.

2 · Your raw ore

Whatever you know is fine — we will ask for the rest.

Ore type
Known impurities
3 · Target product & application

What should the finished product be used for?

Application
4 · What line do you need?

Rough numbers are fine at this stage.

5 · Contact

We reply by WhatsApp or email. No price is published — price on request after the sample test.

How the free ore test works (registered members)

  1. 1

    Send sample

Pack 5–10 kg of your ore and ship it to us. We confirm the receiving address on request.

  2. 2

    We test it — free

Lab iron-removal and magnetic-response tests. Report within 5 days of receipt.

  3. 3

    Line design & offer

With the test result in hand, we design your line and send the offer. Price on request.

What we test

Test items are agreed with you for each sample, depending on the mineral and your target product.

Iron removal

Laboratory magnetic separation of your ore — wet for slurry, dry for powder — to see how much iron-bearing material can be removed.

Magnetic response

How your ore responds to magnetic separation, which tells us the separator type and field strength to design around.

Whiteness / brightness

Before-and-after comparison of whiteness or brightness where your target product needs it.

Particle size

Size of your feed and of the treated product, so grinding and classification can be planned.

Slurry behaviour (wet route)

For wet routes: making slurry from your material and checking its density before separation.

Test report

A written report within 5 days of receiving your sample, then a line recommendation.

How to send your sample

  • Quantity: 5–10 kg of ore, taken from several points so it represents your deposit.
  • Packing: a sealed inner plastic bag, a second bag, then a strong carton or drum. Keep wet ore in a leak-proof bag.
  • Labelling: mineral, mine location, sampling date, your company and contact on the outside and inside.
  • Do not mix different ore types in one package — send them as separate, labelled samples.
  • Include data: any analysis you have (Fe₂O₃, whiteness, particle size) and your target product.
  • Paperwork: we tell you what to write on the shipping documents for a mineral sample.

Where to send it

The receiving address is sent on request — we confirm it with you by WhatsApp or email together with shipping notes, so your sample reaches the right lab.

Ask for it: WhatsApp +86 139 2990 7491 or [email protected].
