Privacy notice
We use your details only to respond to you and, if you agree, to send product news and project updates.
Who we are
This site is operated by FOSHAN POWTECH TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (“Magnet China”, “we”). Contact: [email protected] · WhatsApp +86 139 2990 7491.
What we collect
- Member registration: company, name, email, WhatsApp / phone, country, an optional note, the page you registered from, and when you log in.
- Project brief / member free ore test: the contact details above plus the project details you choose to enter (mineral, ore description, target product, capacity, timeline and similar).
- Your choice about updates: whether you ticked “I agree to receive product news and project updates”, and when. The box is never ticked for you.
- Technical data such as IP address is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and prevent abuse (rate limiting). We do not store it with your registration.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, verify your member registration with you (for example on WhatsApp), and give you access to the members-only line data.
- To prepare your free ore test and project offer.
- Only if you ticked the box: to send you product news and project updates by email or WhatsApp. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us at any time.
Who sees it
Our sales and engineering staff. Registration and brief details are sent to us by email and stored in a private database on Cloudflare infrastructure, which may be located outside your country. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. We do not sell your details. The database cannot be read from the public website; export is restricted to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep member and brief records for as long as they are useful for the business relationship, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from updates with the link in any marketing email. We will stop sending updates but may still reply to requests you send us.
- Access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw access: email [email protected] and we will act on it.
Cookies: member login uses one cookie (“mc_member”) that keeps you signed in for about 90 days on your browser. The site also uses Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics / Google Ads tags for traffic measurement.
