Complete wet kaolin line: dispersion and pulping, spiral classification and desanding, cyclones, water-cooled electromagnetic iron removal, and filter-press dewatering — with sand-washing front end and water recycling.
Overview
Our kaolin line takes crude kaolin from the mine face to a purified, dewatered product. Clay is dispersed into slurry, sand and stone are separated out, and weakly magnetic iron and titanium-bearing impurities are pulled out by water-cooled electromagnetic slurry separators before the slurry is pressed into cake.
The line is designed around your ore: sand content, target brightness and capacity decide the number of stages. A sand-washing front end and water recycling are part of the design.

FAQ
What does iron removal do to kaolin quality?
Magnetic removal of iron-bearing particles raises fired whiteness. The size of the effect depends on your ore, so we confirm it with your own sample.
Can the line also remove sand?
Yes. Kaolin lines include classification and desanding, and a sand-washing front end is available for sandy ore.
What capacity can the line be designed for?
Capacity is sized from your feed rate and product target — tell us on the contact page.
Do you publish prices?
No — price on request. We quote after your ore data and sample test.
How does the free sample test work?
