Two K-Na feldspar routes: a wet line (crushing, ball-mill grinding in closed circuit, 200-mesh screening, desliming, two stages of electromagnetic iron removal, dewatering) and a dry powder line (ball mill, air classifier, dry electromagnetic iron removal, dust control and bagging) — the dry line is our 2017 India reference.
Overview
We design two routes for K-Na feldspar: a wet ball-mill line with two-stage electromagnetic iron removal, and a dry powder line (grinding to packing) that we delivered in India in 2017.
Both routes grind to ceramic- and glass-grade fineness and take iron out with magnetic separation; the route is selected from your ore, product target and sample test.

FAQ
Do you cover both potassium and sodium feldspar?
Yes — the flowsheet is designed from your ore assay and sample trial, for ceramic or glass feldspar.
What iron level can the line reach?
It depends on your ore. Our reference designs target low Fe₂O₃ at 200 mesh; the reference figures are shown to members, and your own sample decides the achievable level.
Wet or dry grinding?
Both are offered: a wet ball-mill line with slurry iron removal, and a dry powder line with dry electromagnetic iron removal and bagging. We select the route from your ore, product and sample test.
Do you have a dry feldspar powder line?
Yes — our 2017 India project is a dry powder line from grinding to packing. The equipment list, layouts and packing area are available to registered members.
How does the free sample test work?
The free sample test is for registered members — register on the Members page first (we verify you on WhatsApp). Then send 5–10 kg of your material. We run the tests in our lab and send a report within 5 days of receiving the sample. Price on request.
